If you have multiple cats, please submit separate forms for each of them. Must be located in the Columbus area.
If your cat is selected, there will be a $50 registration fee. This is a one-time payment that is only required if chosen to ensure you are serious and can commit to professional commercial photoshoots. The registration guarantees one test photoshoot. If everything goes well during the test, and you consent to having photos of your cat and home/property published on the internet, your cat will be officially entered into my model program to be considered for any future photoshoots. *There will be no additional fees or charges after your cat completes registration unless you request additional/different photos than the ones taken for Cats.com*

To complete the application, send 1-2 photos of your cat (no flash/laser eyes, black and white, or photos with other animals/people) and optional 1-2 photos of an area at your residence you believe would make a nice photo setting (bright natural lighting, clean & organized, no distracting background). Photos may be sent through Facebook messenger to Kirsten McCarthy Photo & Design or emailed to kirstenmccarthyphoto@gmail.com. Please also include a message with your name and cat's name so I can match your form to your photos. Thank you!
